CANDIED SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 🌰
》 6 Large Sweet Potatoes
》 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
》1/4 cup Soft Butter
》1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
》Nutmeg and Cinnamon
》1/2 Cup of Chopped Peacans
》2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
》 Peel and boil sweet potatoes until soft.
》 Mash sweet potatoes with brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and as much Nutmeg and cinnamon as you like.
》Fold in 1/4 cup of Peacans.
》Place mixture in a corningware dish.
》Sprinkle on the last 1/4 cup of Peacans, then douse it in the marshmallows.
》 Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden.
