Fall Slaw Soup

This Fall Slaw Soup is perfect, easy and quick. It will comfort you during the cold months, but also make you feel good that you’re eating something healthy!


| 1 Cup is a Servings | 8 Servings | 50 Calories per Serving |


1 Bag of Fresh Express Coleslaw

2 Cups of Frozen Bell Peppers

3 Stalk of Celery

3 Roma Tomatoes

1/3 Cup of Frozen Peas

1/3 Cup of Frozen Corn

4 Pepperocini Peppers

Garlic Powder, Black Pepper to Taste

6 Cups of Water


I a not kidding. Put it all in a large pot and let it cook on medium for an hour or two. 🌿
