ROASTED GARLIC BRUSSELS SPROUTS

⸙ 4 Bags of frozen Brussels Sprout
⸙ 8 Gloves of Garlic
⸙ 1 Tablespoon EVOO
⸙ Black Pepper
⸙ Defrost the brussels sprouts.
⸙ Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
⸙ Slice the sprouts in half and place on foiled cookie sheets.
⸙ Finely chop 8 gloves of garlic and sprinkle atop of sprouts.
⸙ Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on top.
⸙ Sprinkle with black pepper.
⸙ Cook for 20-25 minutes or until desired consistency.
