Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts

There are many people who hear Brussels Sprouts and want to run, but I think that is because most people haven’t had the best first encounters with them. They’re either not cooked right or in dishes the turn them away. This very simple, straight forward recipe treats the brussels sprouts how the should be treated. Its roasted to perfect with the a simplicity of flavors. Its nutritious, tasty, and I think will have people hooked on this up and coming veggie!

⸙ 4 Bags of frozen Brussels Sprout

⸙ 8 Gloves of Garlic

⸙ 1 Tablespoon EVOO

⸙ Black Pepper


⸙ Defrost the brussels sprouts.

⸙ Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

⸙ Slice the sprouts in half and place on foiled cookie sheets.

⸙ Finely chop 8 gloves of garlic and sprinkle atop of sprouts.

⸙ Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on top.

⸙ Sprinkle with black pepper.

⸙ Cook for 20-25 minutes or until desired consistency.
