Classic Pork Pot Roast

Roasts in the crockpot are probably one of the easiest meals to make. Its perfect for winter, for a busy mom, or for a healthy meal. This is a very basic recipe. The classic you could say. Its always enjoyable and you know it will always be good. Enjoy!


PORK LOIN POT ROAST (Crockpot)

Serving Size: 5 Carrots, 1 ounce of Pork, Few slices of Onions, 1/2 a Potatoes | Servings: 10 | Calories per Serving: 118

INGREDIENTS:

🐖 1 Boneless Pork Loin Roast

🐖 5 Gold Potatoes

🐖 1/2 a Bag of Baby Carrots

🐖 1 Yellow Onion

🐖 3 Garlic Gloves

🐖 1 Container Chicken Broth (4 Cups)

🐖 Black Pepper

🐖 Parsley

DIRECTIONS:

🐖 Place the roast in the middle of the crockpot.

🐖 Slice the onion into thicker, longer pieces instead of dicing them finely. If you dice it too finely, it will disintegrate and you won’t have any left.

🐖 Chop the potatoes in half.

🐖 Place the carrots, onion, and potatoes into the crockpot around and on top of the roast.

🐖 Sprinkle black pepper and parsley over all of it.

🐖 Empty the broth into the pot and stir.

🐖 Cook on low for 8 hours.

🐖 For my serving size, I add 5 carrots, some onion, 1/2 a potato and 1 ounce of beef. You can serve it out however you’d like and what works for you. 🙂
