I love it, but I wanted to do just a little different take. Add a bagel, some tart lemon juice, and just a hint of spice with banana peppers and you’ve got the recipe below. TART & HEARTY AVOCADO BAGEL

🍳 1 Bagel Thins
🍳 1/2 Avocado
🍳 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
🍳 Garlic Salt
🍳 1 Roma Tomato
🍳 1 Egg
🍳 6 Banana Pepper Rings
🍳 Black Pepper and Chives
🍳 Start by boiling the eggs. Even though the recipe calls for one, boil 5 for the week or even 10 to have handy! Hard boiled eggs are so versatile and handy to have in your fridge.
🍳 In a bowl, mix together the avocado, lemon juice and garlic salt well.
🍳 Slice the roma tomato in half. Slice one half into 3 slices and then cut each of those slices in half. Save the other half of the tomato for the next day.
🍳 Chop the banana peppers.
🍳 When the eggs are ready, peel one egg and slice it.
🍳 On the bagel, evenly place the avocado mixture down first on both sides.
🍳 Then place the tomato slices and eggs on top.
🍳 Sprinkle on the banana peppers.
🍳 Top off with black pepper and chives.
