Who doesn’t love a good pita? They’re fresh, you can put anything in them, and they’re easy to make! Whether its for a quick lunch or dinner, make this and you will be content after you chow down!

FALAFEL & LEMON GARLIC TAHINI PITA

Serving Size: 1 Pita | Calories: 266

INGREDIENTS:

🌿 1 Pita Pocket

🌿 1/2 a Tablespoon of Garlic Lemon Tahini (See Recipe  here!)

🌿 1/8th Cup Arugula

🌿 2 Slices of Roma Tomato

🌿 2 Slices of Cucumber

🌿 Few Sliced of Red Onion

🌿 2 Baked Falafel (See Recipe Here!)

DIRECTIONS:

🌿 Spread the tahini on the inside of the pita.

🌿 Place the arugula on next, so it sticks to the tahini.

🌿 Place the tomatoes, cucumbers  and red onion in.

🌿 Finish off with the falafel and chow down!
